Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
- Proven track record in designing and architecting enterprise-level Java applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in database design and optimization, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Java technologies, considering scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and propose innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java technologies and propose appropriate technology stacks for projects.
- Define and enforce architectural principles, patterns, and coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of the software.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
