Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in software development projects and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify business needs, and resolve any conflicts or issues.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and existing systems or processes.
- Create clear and concise functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system documentation.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.
